FULL COLOUR AND APPROVAL FACILITY
Before all orders are sent for Production we will send you an email with a full colour proof of your design, to enable you to approve the design and make any necessary changes. Production will begin ONLY when YOU are completely satisfied and we have written confirmation from you.

LOW SET-UP CHARGES
Set-up charges are £160. This is a once only payment and will not be charged to any subsequent order, providing the design does not change. Current designs submitted to us will incur NO Set-up charge if sent in the appropriate format.(See below)

DIGITAL ARTWORK
If you are submitting artwork we accept COREL, EPS, ILLUSTRATOR or FREE HAND formats.

MEN, WOMEN AND CHILDREN’S SIZES
We offer clothing to fit everyone. Children’s sizes start from 6 years old up to 13.See the page on how to take your measurements together with the Order Forms.

PAYMENT
A 50% deposit of the value of the complete order (before VAT) must be paid before production commences.

DISCOUNTS
Club and Team cycling clothing orders will receive a payment discount of 10% on orders above £1,500 (before VAT)

No minimum order required (except where specified in selected Hats and Gloves orders).

PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Halo Sports Management Ltd undertake to guarantee their products against any material or manufacturing defects that may appear in conditions of normal use, for a period of 100 days, starting from the delivery date of the merchandise to the consumer, only on condition that the defective item is returned to Halo Sports Management Ltd, within the guarantee time period stipulated.

LIABILITIES
All goods will remain the property of Halo Sports Management Ltd until paid for in full. It shall remain the responsibility of the ordering club/team to ensure settlement of any account where invoices are in the name of the club/team sponsors.

CARRIAGE COSTS
Carriage is charged at cost unless the goods are collected.

VALUE ADDED TAX
All prices shown in this brochure are exclusive of Value Added Tax, which shall be added after the deduction of any discounts. VAT at UK rates will be charged to all orders within the European Community.
